If you’ve experienced a bone fracture in the last 6 months, our physiotherapy program is a safer and more effective place to start. You’ll work one-on-one with a BoneFit® trained physiotherapist who is also a certified Pilates instructor. This approach ensures you build a safe foundation for recovery and prepares you to join our group classes in the future.

Each 50-minute class will focus on:
